There’s nothing like a fresh start in the New Year! One of my favorite things to do this time of year is sit down and set some goals and intentions for the year ahead. I like to reflect on the year prior and think about my accomplishments, highlights, lessons learned, and things I’d like to change. Then, I like to think about what I’d like to achieve both personally and professionally in the year ahead. I feel like we all set lofty goals for the New Year, so I like writing mine down and seeing them visually to help keep me accountable.
