5 Summer Cocktail Recipes I’ll be Trying This Season

If you're as excited for warmer weather as I am, then you might be dreaming about your summer wardrobe. From cute little boxer shorts to vests and sandals, I'm ready to put that winter jacket away for good - or at least for the next few months.

It’s not summer without a cocktail in hand! One of my favorite things to do this time of year is try new cocktail recipes. There’s just something about a cold drink on a Friday night, am I right? Whether you’re a sweet or spicy cocktail kinda girl, I’m sharing five summer cocktail recipes I’ll be trying this season…

Coconut Lime Margarita

I love tequila and mezcal and this drink combines the two with creamy coconut and lime which hits all the boxes for me.

Poppi Aperol Spritz

Nothing screams summer more than an Aperol spritz. I came across this cocktail from Clara Pierce (watch her Reel here with the recipe) and have to try it! The use of Poppi for an Aperol spritz is pure genius.

Bourbon Peach Lemonade

My fiancé loves bourbon so I love trying new recipes to make him. This one combines peaches and lemonade which just screams summer.

Guava Margaritas

I’m a tequila girl and can’t pass up a good guava margarita and tajin rim combo. If you love a sweet and spicy situation, then you should definitely give this recipe a try!

Frozen Peach Rose Slushy

It’s not summer without a frozen wine slushy and this one looks too good and super easy to whip up! Peaches are the fruit of summer and this combo just hits the spot.
