Fall is by far my favorite season, especially when it comes to home decor. I just love the cooler temps, rich tones, spicy sweet flavors, and everything else that comes with the season. It’s also kicks off the holiday season which always gets me excited. So, if you love fall as much as I do, then you’ll love these fall trends that are too good to pass up!
DIFFERENT PATTERNS & TEXTURES
From throw pillows, rugs, and decorative objects, this season is all about mixing and matching different patterns and textures. Gone are the days of everything matching perfectly!
PLAID
I’m seeing more and more plaid this season. Whether it be accent chairs, throws, or pillows, I’m loving this cozy pattern. In the right tones, it adds just the right amount of texture and old-world feel.
DEEP TONES
Fall is all about those deep, rich tones and just moodier colors in general for furniture and bedding. I’ve been seeing tones like deep burgundy and creamier, warmer tones like putty, honey, and chocolate color palettes.
MOODY ARTWORK
In addition to moodier tones and hues, I’ve been seeing a rise in moody artwork as well. Especially those that look like textured oil paintings with ornate frames, or even artwork you can set on your Frame TV!
STATEMENT LIGHTING
Statement lighting adds a sculptural touch to your space. Rattan woven textures are still a thing, I’m seeing and a lot of pleating with lamp shades, as well as metal tones. When in doubt, go with an oversized option that will really make your space pop.
