As much as I love summer days spent at the beach, weekend brunch and farmers market strolls, an afternoon cocktail, or spending all day in the sun, I feel like the summer months can become filled with trying to fit in as many activities as possible. So, I wanted to share my top summer wellness tips to help you unwind and prioritize self-care!

Using an Ice Roller in the Morning

A cold ice roller to de-puff in the mornings is a must and feels so great on your skin during the warmer summer months. This ice roller is my favorite!

Wearing Wrist Weights during a Morning or Afternoon Walk

I’ve been seeing all the girlies on TikTok wearing wrist weights during their walks. It’s a great way to get in an easy arm workout and tone your arms while on your hot girl walk!

An “Everything” Shower or Bath

I’m all about an everything shower, especially during the summer months! If you’re looking to add more of a self-care twist, I’d recommend taking an everything bath with a lavender epsom salt soak! Your muscles will thank you later… I’ve been using a dry brush before my shower or bath to help improve circulation. For further exfoliation, you have to try this body scrub! It smells amazing and leaves your skin feeling EXTRA moisturized.

A Nighttime Wellness Mocktail

There’s nothing more luxurious than making a late night mocktail and crawling into bed… This magnesium powder is my go-to when it comes to my wellness mocktails. You just add some water, a few ice cubes, and pour into a wine glass for a bit of *spice*.

Avoiding Blue Lights before Bed

I’m sure we’re all guilty of doom scrolling before we go to sleep. I always notice a huge difference in my sleep when I decide to not look at my phone or watch TV right before bed! Lately, I’ve been grabbing my Kindle and using an amber light to read when I get into bed. It truly sets you up for the best night of sleep (which you know I love to track via my Oura ring).
